To qualify for the reduced student rate, you must send us by email proof of your student status. Full instructions for this are given on the registration form.
As the Lancaster campus is some distance from the town centre, we include all meals in the conference registration fees.
- The workshop day fee includes lunch and dinner on Sunday.
- The main conference includes lunch and dinner on Monday and Tuesday; and lunch on Wednesday.
- The day rate fees include lunch and dinner on the day in question (just lunch on Wednesday).
- Breakfast is included in the price of on-campus accommodation (if you make your own arrangements for accommodation, breakfast on campus is not covered by your registration fee).
Corpora subscription
We are delighted to be able to provide participants in the main conference with a personal subscription to Corpora journal for the year 2014. (This is volume 9 of the journal; the table-of-contents for issue 9:1 will be online in May.)
Issue 9:1 will be provided to participants as part of the conference pack; issue 9:2 will be posted to the address you provide upon registering.

Accommodation pricing
Accommodation on-campus (ensuite single rooms in halls-of-residence) is available for the price of £47.50 per night. This can be booked and paid for when you register for the conference.
