To qualify for the reduced student rate, you must send us by email proof of your student status.
As the Lancaster campus is some distance from the town centre, we include all meals in the conference registration fees.
- The workshop day fee includes lunch and dinner on Monday.
- The main conference includes lunch and dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Thursday's evening meal being the conference Gala Dinner); and lunch on Friday.
- The day rate fees include lunch and dinner on the day in question (just lunch on Friday).
- Breakfast is included in the price of on-campus accommodation. If you make your own arrangements for accommodation, breakfast on campus is not covered by your registration fee.
Accommodation pricing
Accommodation on-campus (ensuite single rooms in halls-of-residence) is available for the price of £47.50 per night. This can be booked and paid for when you register for the conference.
