Please note that early bird rates are available until April 20th.
To qualify for the reduced student rate, you must send us by email proof of your student status. Full instructions for this are given on the registration form.
As the Lancaster campus is some distance from the town centre, we include all meals in the conference registration fees.
- The main conference includes lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday; and lunch on Saturday.
- The day rate fees include lunch and dinner on the day in question (just lunch on Saturday).
- Breakfast is included in the price of on-campus accommodation (if you make your own arrangements for accommodation, breakfast on campus is not covered by your registration fee).
Accommodation pricing
Accommodation on-campus (ensuite single rooms in halls-of-residence) is available for the price of £47.50 per night. This can be booked and paid for when you register for the conference.
