The Summer School places have been allocated based on the submitted expression of interest forms.
If you are coming by plane, Manchester Airport is the nearest and most practical option. There are direct trains from the airport to Lancaster, and Lancaster is on the west coast mainline two and a half hours from London or two hours from Glasgow or Edinburgh. Once you get to Lancaster, you can take a taxi or a bus to get to the University.
We encourage the use of public transport but if you do need to drive, there is information on the university website about car parking.
Accepted participants are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodation. Possible accommodation options in Lancaster include:
