Word and POS columns.

In lines 3, 4 and 5 the headword 'frequency' is shown with two variants
'frequency' and 'frequencies'.

In lines 6 and 7 the words 'frequent' and 'frequently' are listed with
no inflectional variants and this is shown by the dummy ':' value in the
third column.
